Jane Bai has taken a secondment outside of UWOSA for 12 months, beginning September 18, 2018. As per our UWOSA Constitution, 7.11 (a), the union can backfill the position of Treasurer until she returns or her term ends (April 30, 2020), whichever comes first.
This position is open to all members of UWOSA in good standing as per Article 7.06 of the collective agreement. Responsibilities of the Treasurer are outlined in the Constitution and Bylaws, section 7.8, Officers of the Association.
