Thank you to everyone who attended yesterday’s information meeting and for your interest in our tentative Collective Agreement.
As we know you all want to make an educated and informed decision to vote, for your convenience the slides from the presentation have been posted to the UWOSA website. You will need to login in to the website using your email address and UWOSA website password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “lost your password?” for further instructions. After you have successfully logged in, select the Members tab, and then select 2023-24 Negotiations Update and click the link “CLICK HERE TO VIEW PRESENTATION SLIDES“.
Voting to ratify the tentative Collective Agreement will begin today, Thursday, August 1st, at 8:00 am. All active UWOSA members will have received an individualized secret ballot with instructions for voting to your emails yesterday.
** PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR VOTING BALLOT DETAILS ** Your PIN has been provided for your personal use only and should not be shared with, or used by, anyone other than yourself, the authorized voter.
POLLS OPEN: Thursday, August 1st, 2024 at 8:00 a.m.
POLLS CLOSE: Friday, August 2nd, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
If you have any questions, or did not receive the individualized voting email with instructions on how to vote by secret ballot, please check your spam folders first and if not there, then please email info@uwosa.ca.
Results will be communicated to the membership after the polls close on Friday, August 2nd.
