Negotiations Update July 22, 2024
On July 19, 2024, our Union’s Negotiations Team reached a tentative Collective Agreement with Western’s Administration.
According to our Constitution and Bylaws 16.2.2, “An information meeting(s) for all of the UWOSA constituents as defined by the Ontario Labour Relations Board Certificate will be called before a contract ratification vote is taken.”
Details of the tentative new agreement will be provided at an information meeting which will be held on Wednesday, July 31st. At the information meeting, a motion will be made to accept and ratify the Collective Agreement. The meeting will take place on Zoom, and the voting will take place electronically.
