Thank you everyone for your patience and flexibility regarding UWOSA’s first virtual General Meeting held on December 15th. Despite some technical difficulties, we were able to persevere and do our best in delivering the agenda items, while adhering to our Office Policies and Constitution & Bylaws.
Please know we are reflecting on the experience, specifically what worked well and what can be improved. We have already identified several items we plan to modify to better execute our next virtual experience. If you have any respectful and constructive feedback to provide, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the office (info@uwosa.ca), as we always welcome member’s feedback.
For those unable to attend, or those wishing to reflect, we will be posting the Meeting Minutes along with a Question & Answer sheet on our website for members’ to access. We will send out a bulletin to the membership when they are available for review.
We ask that if you are aware of any UWOSA colleagues who did not receive our bulletins (General Meeting reminders, Membership Survey) to please contact info@uwosa.ca as soon as possible so that we can look into and correct the problem.
