February 2019 UWOSA Great Wolf Lodge Get Away
UWOSA Membership Newsletter & Social (MNS) Committee is excited to offer our members a Group Discount Rate for Great Wolf Lodge for Feburary 18 & 19, 2019.
Discount rates and events are limited and reserved for UWOSA members on a first come first serve basis.
The rate below is based on UWOSA fulfilling a minimum of 15 room bookings per night to qualify for the group rate listed in the Group Discount Rate section.
RESERVATIONS
Group Room Booking Cut-Off Date: JANUARY 18, 2019.

Each individual guest must make their own reservations by calling the toll-free Central Reservations Department at 1-800-605-9653 or visit greatwolf.com/NiagaraFalls and use the following booking code1902UWOS
All reservations must be guaranteed by the individual and accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Each individual has up to 72 hours prior to arrival date to cancel the individual room with a 30% cancellation fee per room.
If the individual cancels the room within 72 hours of arrival date, 100% of the first night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the individual’s credit card or taken from the deposit.
IMPORTANT
Should the minimum number of rooms not be booked for the group rate discount to apply, a notice will be posted on the UWOSA website on JANUARY 4, notifying the membership of this update. Individuals who have already booked will have the option to cancel their reservation and incur only the 15% (up to 7 days peior to arrival) or 30% (within 4-6 days of arrival) cancellation fee per room OR pay the non-discounted rates (See below).
IT IS THE MEMBER’S RESPONSIBILTY TO CHECK THE UWOSA WEBSITE FOR THIS UPDATE AND MAKE THE NECESSARY CHANGE TO THEIR RESERVATION.
Check-in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. Guests arriving before 4:00pm will be assigned rooms as they become available.
Members must present valid member ID or documentation at check-in. (ex. Western ONEcard)

* All of the above rates are quoted in Canadian Funds per room, per night subject to applicable provincial taxes and fees
* Guestroom rates are quoted per night, single, double, triple and quad occupancy.
* Up to 4 water park passes included per guestroom, per day, additional guest passes can be purchased for an additional $ 50.00 per person / per day. The maximum number of additional guest passes puchased cannot exceed double that of the allowable sleeping in the suite.
* Complimentary parking
* Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet
* All suites include: an in room safe, a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and an iron and board.
SPECIAL GUEST ROOM REQUESTS: Hotel will grant Group the following special guestroom requests. Hotel will not guarantee any special requests except those set forth below:
* Standard rates (Family Suites ) as quoted above are based on 1 – 4 people per room and include water park for up to 4 people per room, additional water park passes can be purchases for an additional $50.00 per room / per night (maximum 2)
* Upgrades to Kid Kamp or Wolf Den Suites for an additional $ 50.00 per room / per night, based on availability – includes up to 4 waterpark passes
* Upgrades to Kid Cabin or Loft Suites for an additional $ 100.00 per room / per night – includes up to 6 water park passes, based on availability
* Upgrades to Majestic Bear Suites for an additional $ 120.00 per room / per night – includes up to 6 water park passes, based on availability

FAQ
Q: What happens if I have already booked and UWOSA doesn’t meet the minimum group bookings to qualify for the group rate?
A: To those who have already booked they will have the option to either:
- Cancel their booking provided it is done 72 hours before arrival and will only incur a 30% cancellation fee per room
- Can keep their current booking but would pay the regular rate (See info in the Member Area)

Western University’s General 20% Great Wolf Lodge Discount
Western employees can receive a 20% discount to Great Wolf Lodge with their booking. This 20% discount is valid until December 30, 2018.
The 20% discount can not be combined with the July 18 -21,2018 UWOSA group rate discount.
