This is an update that the deadline to book the July UWOSA Great Wolf Lodge discount rate is July 2, 2018.
Minimum room bookings to receive this great group rate is 10 and we are shy 3 rooms. The new booking deadline date is July 2, 2018. Beat the heat with indoor waterslides today! A final update will be provided after July 2nd.

FAQ
Q: What happens if I have already booked and UWOSA doesn’t meet the minimum group bookings to qualify for the group rate?
A: To those who have already booked they will have the option to either:
- Cancel their booking provided it is done 72 hours before arrival and will only incur a $40 cancellation fee per room
- Can keep their current booking but would pay the regular rate (See info in the Member Area)

We hope you took advantage of the summer discounts for amazing productions at the Stratford Festival.
UWOSA Floating Holidays Reminder
As per Article 21, UWOSA members are entitled to two floating Holidays.
Just a reminder that, according to Article 21 – Paid Holidays of the Collective Agreement, all UWOSA members (Continuing, Sessional and Term) were granted two UWOSA floating holidays to be used by June 30, 2018.
Keep in mind that UWOSA floating holidays may not carry forward to the next year, so be sure to use them. If you have not already done so, please make arrangements with your supervisor to schedule a day (or two) off as soon as possible (and before June 30th)!
Effective July 1st, two new float days will be granted, to be used before June 30, 2019.
UWOSA Consultation Sessions on Website Redesign
**UPDATE: Due to lack of interest the July 11, website consultation session has been cancelled.
Don’t forget to sign-up for one of the website consultation sessions. The first session is being held on June 12, and Brydges Design will be in attendance.
