Where: Great Hall, Somerville House
Come join your fellow UWOSA members to celebrate our 25th Anniversary! There will be two seatings, 12:00 – 1:00 pm OR 1:00 – 2:00 pm.
Visit the UWOSA Office (UCC 255) to pick up your luncheon ticket and a your gift from 12:00 – 2:00 pm on Monday, October 17 or from 12:00 – 2:00 pm on Thursday, October 20.
Please bring your Western ONECard with you for verification.
If you are unable to pick up your ticket, please email your Area Steward or the UWOSA Office (info@uwosa.ca) for assistance. Please put “UWOSA 25th Anniversary” in the email subject line.
Dietary Requirements: If you have any dietary needs (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc.), you must email great.hall.catering@uwo.ca by November 4th with the subject “UWOSA Lunch” and which seating you plan to attend (12:00 – 1:00 p.m. or 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.).

Soup: Mulligatawny Soup
Salad Choice #1: Romaine hearts salad, sundried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, parmesan,
lemon & garlic dressing
Salad Choice #2: Baby red skin potato and celery salad, scallions, buttermilk dill dressing
Entrée Choice #1: Slow roasted salmon, country bacon, resling and dill sauce
Entree Choice #2: Roasted Chicken, Great Hall Catering Honey, mustard glaze, apples & crispy sage
Dessert: 25th Anniversary themed cake
Beverages: Fire Roasted Fair Trade Coffee, tea, infused ice water, assorted beverages

- Q: I took a ticket for lunch, but now I cannot go. What do I do with my ticket?
A: Please email info@uwosa.ca and return your ticket to the UWOSA office, Room 255 UCC.
- Q: I work off main campus. How can I pick up my ticket?
A: Please contact the UWOSA office at info@uwosa.ca for assistance.
- Q: I am not a Steward. Can I still pick up tickets for my department?
A: Yes, you can. Please bring a list of members in alphabetical order (by last name) to one of the ticket distribution dates above, or send the list ahead of time to info@uwosa.ca for pre-verification.
- Q: I have a special dietary requirement. Can I send this to UWOSA?
A: No. All dietary requirements must be communicated directly to Great Hall Catering (great.hall.catering@uwo.ca) by November 4, 2022.
- Q: I am very new to UWOSA. Can I still come to the luncheon?
A: Yes, you can. Please contact the UWOSA office at info@uwosa.ca with “UWOSA Luncheon” as the subject. Please let us know which seating you plan to attend in the body of the email.
- Q: I am on a paid leave. May I still come to the luncheon?

- Q: I will not be on campus during the ticket distribution. What do I do?

- Q: I have retired from Western. Can I come to the luncheon?
A: No, you cannot. The luncheon is only for UWOSA members.
- Q: I am on secondment ouside of UWOSA, can I attend the lunch?
A: No, you cannot. The luncheon is only for UWOSA members.
- Q: Can my ticket and gift be sent to me through intra-campus mail?
