Thank you for your interest in our tentative Collective Agreement.
Voting to ratify the tentative Collective Agreement will close at the end of today, Thursday, August 26th. All active UWOSA members (who were hired on or before August 20, 2021) will have received an individualized secret ballot with instructions for voting to your emails.
** PLEASE DO NOT SHARE YOUR VOTING BALLOT DETAILS ** Your PIN has been provided for your personal use only and should not be shared with, or used by, anyone other than yourself, the authorized voter.
Polls open:
Wednesday, August 25th, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 26th, 2021 from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
As we know you all want to make an educated and informed decision to vote, for your convenience the slides from the presentation have been posted to the UWOSA website. You will need to login in to the website using your email address and UWOSA website password. If you have forgotten your password, please click on “lost your password?” for further instructions. After you have successfully logged in, select the Members tab, and then select Negotiations Update. The presentation is at the very top of the Negotiations Update page, click on Ratification Meeting presentation to view the presentation.
Polls close promptly tonight at 8:00 p.m.

Results will be communicated to the membership on Friday, August 27th.
