Further to the latest June 11, 2021 Coronavirus website update to the campus community: https://www.uwo.ca/coronavirus/updates/june11-2021.html
As the campus community now prepares for a full return to in-person classes this fall, we anticipate UWOSA members who have been working either partially or fully from home, will commence transitioning back to a full campus model beginning July 26th through the month of August.
We encourage members to commence dialogue with your supervisor to determine what your specific return-to-campus timeline looks like for your department/position.
Please note, each department/unit may have different operational needs and that of course these plans must align with the provincial re-opening plan as well as continue to be subject to provincial and public health requirements.
We encourage you to stay up-to-date by visiting Western’s website: COVID-19 Information for the Campus Community – Western University (uwo.ca). There are many useful links including a tab for Faculty and Staff, FAQ’s, Health & Safety, Vaccine Information, etc. Any new Covid-19 related information will be found here, along with other important resources.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out to info@uwosa.ca should you require union support during this time.
In Solidarity,
Nikki Grozelle – UWOSA President
